We want everyone to be able to browse and buy from Neat Flow comfortably, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

What we aim for

We build and test the store against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That shapes our choices around colour contrast, keyboard use, and clear structure.

What that means on the site

• Colour combinations chosen to meet AA contrast for text and controls.
• Full keyboard operability, with visible focus outlines, a skip-to-content link, and a cart and pop-up that trap focus and close on Escape.
• Semantic headings and landmarks, descriptive link text, and alternative text on meaningful images.
• Respect for your "reduce motion" setting — animations are minimised when you ask your device to limit them.
• A responsive layout that works from small phones to large screens.
