- Free standard shipping on every order, nationwide.
- Due to high demand, delivery is currently taking 8–11 business days anywhere in South Africa.
- You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
- Duo and Trio bundles ship by courier at no extra cost.
How to return something
- Email hello@neatflow.co with your order number and we'll set up the return.
- Pack the station securely — ideally in its original box with the accessories.
- Once we receive and check it, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Faulty or damaged items
If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us straight away. Under the Consumer Protection Act you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that aren't of good quality, and our 6-month warranty covers manufacturing defects.
Cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Email us as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel and refund you in full.
