6-Month Warranty
Every Neat Flow station is covered for six months against manufacturing defects, on top of your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
What's covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
- Faults with the UV-C module, the dispenser mechanism, the battery, and charging, for six months from the delivery date.
What's not covered
- Accidental damage, drops, or water damage beyond normal bathroom use.
- Ordinary wear, or damage from misuse, unauthorised repairs, or non-standard toothpaste.
- Consumable wear that doesn't affect function (for example minor cosmetic marks).
How to claim
- Email hello@neatflow.co with your order number and a short description (photos or a video help).
- We'll troubleshoot with you first — many issues are a quick fix.
- If it's a covered defect, we'll repair or replace the unit at no cost to you, including return shipping.
